Hub & Spoke Diner is a nod to the American-Diner legacy with our own creative, modern takes on comfort food classics.

We love creating new versions of old classics, but our preparation is still old-school. Our from-scratch kitchen team still cuts veggies by hand, makes sauces and dressings from scratch, and works with local businesses and suppliers for quality products and services.

Hub & Spoke Diner serves breakfast, lunch and brunch, plus wine, beer, spirits, craft cocktails and our famous boozy shakes.  We also have a full espresso bar and coffee shop inside the diner.
